THE VAN EATON  BROTHERS

Parents: Guy Franklin Van Eaton, born August 1878 in Magnolia, Iowa. Married Anna Flavel (born February 1878 in Witchita, Kansas) on February 14, 1910. Moved to Saskatchewan in 1916, and bought a farm at Shellbrook in March 1927.

The Rayside school was in the corner of their property, and all eight of the children attended it. The Reorganised Church of the Latter Day Saints which they attended was a mile from their property. The family were active in church, school and community events.
