Parents: Albert and Annie (Filby) Christianson, married September 28, 1911 at Shellbrook.

Clifford, born September 1, 1917, was the eldest of their seven children.

He started school at Silver Cliff, and later went to Rayside School.

He spent several summers at Lake Waskesiu in the Prince Albert National Park, running boats for Alec Pease. In 1940 he joined the air force.

He retired to British Columbia.
